On our website we offer the possibility to apply for a position with us directly by filling out an online form. Should you make use of this, we will be processing the following data:

          first and surname, date of birth, e-Mail as well as telephone/mobile number
          and any application documents you provide us with

Web-Analysis

Our website uses the web analytics application Matomo. For this application to function, cookies that allow the analysis of the usage of our website are used. The information generated this way will only be stored and handled by us and in no cases be forwarded to any third party members. During this process your IP-Address will be anonymised via the deletion of the last 8-Bit before being stored. This ensures that it cannot be traced back to you.

The processing of your data occurs on the basis of the legal regulations according to § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (agreement) or f (legitimate interests) of the GDPR.

Our concern as it refers to the GDPR (legitimate interests) is the improvement of our services and our website. As the privacy of our users is important to us, the user-data is made anonymous.

 

Log-Files

While visiting our website the operator of our servers will be storing general information about the usage of the services as well as technical connection parameters. This serves the purpose of technical error analysis as well as identifying any form of illegal activity.

These Log-Files can include the following information:

  • Date and time of access
  • The source from which you reached our website
  • The IP-Address used to access our website, the browser used, the operating system and the name of the service-provider
  • The volume of information sent

This data will only be stored for the duration needed for technical processing or legal obligations necessitate. If no legal obligations dictate the storage of information for an extended period, this data will be deleted within 7 days.  

The data-files collected in this manner will be exclusively stored and processed in member states of the European economic area.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to full disclosure, authority, deletion, limitation, transfer and revocation of your data.
