I have been working for Be in Vienna since October 2022.

I like varied activities – so I’m in good hands in the PMO (Project Management Office). The focus of the tasks differs depending on the project:

From strategic aspects (e.g. standardized processes, uniform templates and tools) to project controlling and operational tasks, such as support in managing the schedule and budget, coordination and organization. I like working with different project managers and teams and keeping track of the project progress. In this way, I can help ensure that projects can be executed efficiently and effectively.

At Be, there are always new challenges, whether it’s a new project or training opportunities to expand one’s knowledge and skills. Further education and continuous learning are very important to me and is also part of the culture at Be. I definitely want to gain new experiences in consulting and am looking forward to exchanging ideas with my colleagues from the other Be locations at the Be internal training in Italy.

I find the working atmosphere very pleasant – we are a multicultural team that supports each other. The flat hierarchy, culture of approachability and short communication channels help you to quickly feel at home at Be.

I like to travel, whether it’s to my home in Frankfurt to visit family & friends or to explore new places and sights.

Going to the cinema or events, binge watching exciting series and reading thrillers and non-fiction books are also some of my favorite things to do. To stay fit, I regularly do yoga and jump on my mini-trampoline or l also occasionally take a relaxing bike ride. And as a long-time soccer fan, of course, I also watch the German Bundesliga from Austria and keep my fingers crossed for my favourite club – Borussia Dortmund.
