I come from China and have been working at Be in Munich for 4 years now. Before I started here, I worked as an associate professor at a university in my hometown in China.
What I like best is that there is a lot of variety in the company. I’ve already worked as a business analyst, but also as a test manager. Furthermore, you always have to adapt to new customers and challenges and you can learn a lot in a short time. There is a wonderful working atmosphere and communication culture at Be. We have a good team spirit, which I am very enthusiastic about.
The corona pandemic is still a major challenge. You have to constantly work on strengthening the connection with colleagues in times of home office. It’s also important to balance work and private life, especially since I’m a mother of two small children. I would like to expand my IT skills and knowledge of processes.
